José Fariña is an Architect, Bachelor of Law, Postgraduate in Business Administration UPM, Urban Technician IEAL. He is also full professor at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. His lines of research include the Protection of the Natural Environment and Urban Heritage, the Planning of Historic Centers and all those issues related to the Landscape, both natural and cultural.
The professor will ask the students to read his article “Europe as a state of mind” and discuss it during the last class of the module “The protection of urban heritage and the natural environment” of the University Master’s Degree in Urban and Territorial Planning.
