Ana Yáñez Vega is Professor of Administrative Law at the School of Political Sciences and Sociology of the Complutense University of Madrid.

She has specialised in Cultural Heritage and has participated in different research projects related to this subject.

She is a member of the “Cultural Heritage Management” research team of the UCM (Web).  She has lectured in the Master of Cultural Management at the Carlos III University of Madrid. She is also coordinator / professor of the Legal module of the Interuniversity Master’s Degree “Cultural Heritage in the 21st Century: Management and Research” of the UCM and the UPM (Web).

EYCH2018 Project:

Within the subject “Legal Regime and Public Policies” of the Interuniversity Master’s Degree “Cultural Heritage in the XXI Century: Management and Research”, the students are asked to search for the differences of the different bodies of the EU and the Council of Europe regarding cultural heritage.

In addition, works are also planned in the subjects “Heritage Legislation” and “Legislation of Museums” of the Masters Degree in “Advanced Studies in Museums and Historical Heritage”.
