Mª Ángeles Querol is Professor of Prehistory at the School of Geography and History of the UCM. Her lines  of research include Human Origins, Feminist Archaeology, Professional Archaeology and Cultural Heritage. She is coordinator of the research team “Cultural Heritage Management” of the UCM.  Web

During the course 2017/2018, she is coordinator of the Interuniversity Master’s Degree “Cultural Heritage in the 21st Century: Management and Research” of the Complutense and Polytechnic Universities of Madrid. Web

EYCH2018 Project:

Within the subject “Archaeological Heritage Management” (Degree of Archaeology), the European Year of Cultural Heritage will be developed on the topic “The dissemination of archaeological heritage”. The students will be asked to search for initiatives to disseminate this heritage within the framework of this year’s celebrations. They will also have to prepare a report on this research and present its results in the classroom.
